The RSSDI Research Retreat is a flagship initiative by the Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India. It serves as a premier platform bringing together passionate researchers, clinicians, and young scholars working toward innovations in diabetes care, management, and prevention.
Since its inception, the Retreat has aimed to ignite collaboration and foster knowledge exchange among India’s brightest minds. With each edition, the Retreat has expanded its horizons—embracing emerging research areas, interdisciplinary insights, and advanced technologies.
The 5th edition in Guwahati continues this legacy. Hosted in the serene and historic city by the river Brahmaputra, this year’s Retreat unites researchers to discuss breakthroughs, exchange ideas, and shape the future of diabetes research and patient care in India.
